To make your dental experience as productive and comfortable as possible, Dr. Kramer always makes sure to have a team to support his patients. Many of our team members have been with him for many years and are fully dedicated to being friendly, respectful, and kind. Millie is originally from the Frankford area, and she has impressively been a member of our dental office for over 35 years! She is certified in radiology as well. She never gets tired of meeting with the wonderful patients and helping them have great experiences from beginning to end. It won’t take long for you to realize that she’s always smiling!
At home, Millie and her husband Brad have a son named Bradley. When she’s not busy at work, her favorite hobbies include shopping, working outside, reading a good book, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
Blakelyn’s career in dentistry spans a full decade so far. She’s studied at several different schools, including the Allegany College of Maryland, Wor-Wic Community College, and Salisbury University. She is also trained in CPR and radiology. Today, what she enjoys most about her job is creating such strong bonds with patients that encourage them to continue making regular dental visits and keep their smiles healthy. She also loves working for a truly AMAZING doctor!
Originally from Bishopville, MD, Blakelyn’s family consists of her husband, her baby daughter, and her Black Lab. Outside of work, she enjoys going out on their boat to the sandbar, fishing, laying by the pool, and spending every possible moment with loved ones. She also always makes an effort to plant flowers in the springtime so that she can enjoy them when summer comes around.
Gabby has been a member of our team for over a decade so far, and she considers working chairside with patients to be the best part of her job. Being able to make people smile is always a wonderful feeling! She attended Sussex Tech and is certified in radiology.
Originally from Selbyville, Gabby and her husband Russell have a daughter named Isabelle, a son named Isaiah, and two dogs named Chloe and Max. Outside of the dental office, you can often find her shopping or spending quality time with her friends and family. She also LOVES to jam out in her car, especially right before work.
Kaitlin hails from Dagsboro originally and attended college at Delaware Tech. She is also certified in radiology. Today, what she enjoys most about being a part of Dr. Kramer’s team is having the opportunity to make each patient feel comfortable and confident about their smile again!
Outside of work, Kaitlin has a close relationship with her parents, her older brother, and her niece Hayden, who she considers her new best friend. In her free time, she enjoys riding horses, playing with her dog Cooper, fishing, going out on the boat with family, camping, and gardening. In fact, she makes lots of fun and exciting meals from what she grows herself.
Kaycie has been working in dentistry for a handful of years so far and is certified in radiology. What she enjoys most about being a member of our team is helping patients transform their smiles for the better and feel more confident about themselves in a comfortable, stress-free environment!
Kaycie hails from Laurel originally. She and her husband have one daughter named Blaire, as well as two Great Danes named Fancy and Darla. In her spare time away from work, she enjoys shopping (and is definitely obsessed with Amazon), soaking up the sun with her family on their boat, riding horses as part of a club with her friends, and cuddling up with her fur babies as she watches Netflix. She’s also a BIG Dallas Cowboys fan.
Barbara is originally from Selbyville and studied at West Virginia University, earning her Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene. Her time spent as a valued member of our dental office spans over 30 years! She loves being able to make a positive difference in the community’s dental health and overall wellbeing through her position.
At home, Barbara and her husband Tim have two Black Labs. In her spare time, she is an avid runner and cyclist, as well as a group fitness instructor. She also enjoys kayaking and creating beautiful artworks from stained glass.
Fay’s career in the dental field covers an amazing 42 years so far, with a large amount of that time spent right here at our Selbyville dental office. She attended Delaware Technical and Community College for her education and is an RDH. Today, she thinks the best part about being a dental hygienist is helping patients attain and maintain their oral health over time, which in turn promotes their general health.
Originally from Harrington, Fay has been married for over 40 years and has one daughter. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, sewing, listening to audiobooks, reading, and doing community service. She is a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Georgetown Fire Co., a past legislative chair of the Delaware Dental Hygienists’ Association, and part of the Delaware State Board of Dentistry and Dental Hygiene. She is also a Special Olympics bocce coach!
